Job Description

We are seeking a Homecare Services Manager/Coordinator to become a part of our team! You will help coordinate care for patients in the community. This is a role in a new territory as our business expands. We are hiring two individuals to launch this new office. There's a lot of room for growth and financial reward:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee homecare operational activities and personnel
  • Plan and coordinate homecare services for patients
  • Learn and maintain audit ready operations
  • Help in recruiting, personnel management, scheduling and marketing.
  • Enforce healthcare policies and procedures
  • Manage effective KPIs to ensure stable growth as well as positive client and employee experience
  • Conduct intakes (1 position) and conduct compliant audits (second position)
  • Manage reportable incidents and incident reporting

ā€‹Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Homecare industry or other medical fields
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with HHAExchange preferred
  • Reliable, professional and positive person
