Job Description
We are seeking a Homecare Services Manager/Coordinator to become a part of our team! You will help coordinate care for patients in the community. This is a role in a new territory as our business expands. We are hiring two individuals to launch this new office. There's a lot of room for growth and financial reward:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee homecare operational activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate homecare services for patients
- Learn and maintain audit ready operations
- Help in recruiting, personnel management, scheduling and marketing.
- Enforce healthcare policies and procedures
- Manage effective KPIs to ensure stable growth as well as positive client and employee experience
- Conduct intakes (1 position) and conduct compliant audits (second position)
- Manage reportable incidents and incident reporting
āQualifications:
- Previous experience in Homecare industry or other medical fields
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with HHAExchange preferred
- Reliable, professional and positive person
