Staffing Recruiter

We are seeking a Staffing Recruiter to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for Recruiting for our Maryland Pkwy Branch. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION!!!!!

Responsibilities:

• Source daily for the right talent for the open positions. Making a minimal of 30 calls a day.
• Conduct face to face interviews, background checks, drug testing, E-Verify and pre-screening daily
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
• Coordinate events focused on team members recognition and dedication
• Advocate for team members retention and development
• Oversee data entry and maintenance of team members records
• Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
• Conduct Orientations
• Assist with Safety training
• Assist with timekeeping system to assure team members gets paid correctly in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Recruiting
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all team members and our clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to clients location when needed to do check-in's for new team members
