As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the company's continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Design and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Create and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to align with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and financial regulations.
  

2. Cash Flow Management and Banking Relations:

• Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring liquidity and optimizing working capital.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including line of credit negotiations.

3. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to provide timely and accurate financial information.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

4. Tax Planning and Compliance:

• Collaborate with external tax advisors to develop tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.

5. Brand Acquisition and Strategic Initiatives:

• Evaluate potential brand acquisition opportunities and provide financial analysis and due diligence support.
• Support strategic initiatives and business development efforts to drive growth and profitability.

6. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, including controllers and bookkeepers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance team.
