Kinetic Staffing is a family-owned, niche recruiting/staffing firm that has been headquartered in Mississippi for over 15 years.We serve a diverse range of clients in professional services, technology, finance, nonprofit sectors, and corporate entities both regionally and nationally. Our company has experienced tremendous growth and faces lots of new opportunities.

In this position, youll use a proven recruiting platform with dedicated clients on exclusive searches to identify and recruit top-tier candidates. NO MORE CHASING YOUR TAIL ON SEARCHES FOR CLIENTS! You will play a crucial role in hiring the best talent, ensuring our staffing objectives are met through strategic recruiting and evaluation of candidates.

For those with existing recruiting/staffing relationships and business development acumen, you can leverage our recruiting platform and earn significant income opportunities. We provide substantial compensation for recruiters with proven business development results.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
• Highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, etc.
• Skilled using remote video technology (Zoom, Teams, Facetime, etc.)
• Expertise using web-based database tools to research and organize data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized in deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Willingness to learn new technology

Compensation

• Base salary + production commission + business development commission
