**Job Description:**
As a Financial Services & Insurance Client Relations/Recruiting Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our seminar initiatives and recruiting efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning, coordination and assisting during seminars, including materials preparation, calling and confirming attendees, event participation
- Engaging with seminar attendees to set follow-up appointments, annual client reviews, field incoming calls
- Supporting recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new insurance agents
- Maintaining and updating client and candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Providing administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2 year minimum Previous experience in sales, client relations, or recruiting is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively and effectively with clients, candidates, and team members

- Requires 3 hr paid Notary Licensing Course, and eventual paid training/license for Life/Health Insurance
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and experience with CRM software preferred
- Encouraging and Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation-

Flexible 1099 Schedule up to 30 hours per week. 2 Saturdays per month 9-3 needed & 2 Evenings per month, 5-7:30
