About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting for new leads, qualifying leads, providing exceptional customer service, and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries

• Qualify incoming leads and identify customer needs

• Provide consultative sales conversations, recommending the most suitable packaging solutions

• Negotiate pricing and quotes

• Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

• Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Sales, Account Management, or Territory Management a plus)

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in industrial sales or packaging/container sales

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Excellent customer service orientation

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player

• Highly professional and dependable

• Fast learner and resourceful

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software

• Ability to work independently

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 + commission (5% of gross margin)
