We take pride in our strong customer relationships and high-performing sales team. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Industrial Sales Professional to expand our presence throughout Ohio.

Position Overview

The Industrial Sales Professional will be responsible for managing and growing an established territory by working closely with distribution channel partners and OEM customers across multiple industry segments. This individual will generate new business opportunities, maintain and grow existing accounts, and deliver value-based solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate understands the industrial sales process, is skilled at building long-term relationships, and thrives in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
  • Develop and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and execute territory sales plans and strategies
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales goals
  • Forecast sales and track performance metrics
  • Facilitate and manage project opportunities
  • Conduct in-person and virtual customer meetings and product trainings
