Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Control A-Z of Customer Accounts
- Order Processing and Routing
- Adhere to Compliance Guidelines and Minimize Chargebacks
- Resolve Customer Inquiries and Complaints
- Control Inventory Levels to Assure Complete Order Fulfillment
- Manage Online Item Listings and Confirm Accuracy and Customer Appeal
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Elite Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Deadline and Detail-Oriented
