Director of Construction (Onsite)

Are you a strategic leader with a knack for managing retail facilities and construction projects while staying within budget? We're looking for a Director of Construction to join our client’s team overseeing designers, construction projects, and facilities management, ensuring seamless operations and cost-effective solutions. Refrigeration experience is a critical requirement for this position, as you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our facilities at optimal levels.

Location: Modesto/Turlock Area

This is a full time job that is expected to pay a base salary between about $180-200k annually plus benefits (and relocation expenses)

What You Will Do:

• Manage facilities, construction projects, and designers.
• Implement effective planning and teamwork strategies to optimize facility performance.
• Utilize strong relationships to negotiate favorable costs for goods and services.
• Oversee ground-up construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Demonstrate creativity in repairs, maximizing efficiency without unnecessary replacements.
• Prioritize budget adherence, justifying deviations when necessary for the company's benefit.
• Represent the company as a proactive and growth-oriented leader in the industry.
