Position Overview: The Chief of Staff at EBI plays a critical role in assisting the Principal and executive team to steer strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and enhance team collaboration. This position is suited for a leader with significant experience in the employee benefits and insurance industries, who is driven to foster organizational success and impactful employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and implement strategic plans that reflect EBI's vision and business goals.
• Operational Leadership: Supervise daily operations, streamline processes, and identify enhancements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Project Oversight: Manage and execute major projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Communication Facilitation: Act as the communication bridge between the CEO and department heads, enhancing information flow and ensuring synchronization across the company.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the administrative and support teams, cultivating an environment of teamwork and positive engagement.
• Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to oversee financial planning, performance, and resource distribution.
• Policy and Compliance: Develop and uphold organizational policies that comply with legal standards and industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Relations: Develop enduring relationships with essential stakeholders, such as clients, business partners, and industry leaders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related fields. An MBA is preferred.
• Professional Experience: At least five years of leadership experience in the employee benefits sector with a demonstrated understanding of the complexities within these industries.
• Project Management Proficiency: Strong capability in managing extensive, detail-oriented projects with strategic significance.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic Insight: Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills with a solid track record in strategic execution.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in a dynamic business environment.
• Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of employee benefits, insurance, and relevant HR practices.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
