Job Description

EverStaff, a recruiting firm, seeks a candidate for our Direct Hire position with a top client, offering excellent work culture, benefits, and growth potential. We are looking for an experienced IT Manager

Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (On-Site)

Annual Salary: up to 90k annually DOE.

Summary:

The IT Manager oversees all company IT operations, leading a team to ensure seamless functioning of technology infrastructure. They collaborate with departments to implement solutions aligning with company goals. Additionally, they lead business transformation initiatives, managing application strategy and manufacturing capabilities.

Strategy & Planning:

Develop multi-year IT strategy.
Assist in technology roadmap development and innovation identification.
Document system architecture alignment with business strategy.
Maintain IT documentation and inventory.
Research and implement emerging technology and best practices.

Partnering Across the Business:

Lead Syteline ERP upgrades.
Collaborate cross-functionally for effective planning and implementation.
Ensure shop floor data initiatives' success.
Analyze business needs and validate solutions.
Ensure business objectives are met.

Operational Management:

Provide technical support and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze and correct technical problems.
Configure and maintain office workstations, printers, and network devices.
Deploy and support VoIP phones and eFAX.
Implement security updates and patches.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
Ensure meeting room AV connectivity.
Provide support for various software and network systems.
Advise on options, risks, and impacts.
Handle additional duties as needed.

Knowledge & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of remote desktop services (RDS) and ERP functionality.
Project management experience required.
