Job description

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter contributes to AHF by contributing to AHF's mission by providing quality recruitment for various business lines. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize work, pay attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide quality customer service. The Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in ensuring strong communication with hiring managers, daily reporting status, sourcing, and cold calling. This position works closely with the HR Business Partners and various Departments within AHF. Understanding of benefits and compensation, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter adds consistent value to AHF by partnering with Department Leaders and being collaborative, solution orientated, flexible and approachable.
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter enhances the reputation of AHF by being a team player, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will work diligently to ensure the hiring process, starting with creating a point of contact for recruitment of various business lines in the Southern Bureau. Ability to effectively source, negotiate, on-board, reporting in a fast-paced environment. Attend job fairs, networking events, and travel within the region, as needed. Must possess superior communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. Applicant Tracking System - ADP Recruitment Manager experience preferred.
