Job Description

PrideStaff is seeking an organized and focused Front Desk - Customer Service Representative for a growing manufacturing client in Charlotte, NC. This client specializes in producing and distributing residential and commercial garage doors and operators. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Location: Charlotte, NC 28206

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18-19/hr.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Process billing and invoices
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields specifically in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer and data entry skills
