The Role
The Customer Success Account Manager will work directly with a Project Manager on accounts as well as be responsible for educating and empowering their client base.
In a nutshell - the Votacall Customer Success AM will be responsible for the following:
- Working with PMs on Customer Migrations
- Engaging Customers
- Educating + Empowering Customers
- Positioning New Products + Services
- Contract Renewals
- Handling Customer Inquiries – Good + Bad
- Ensuring the Votacall Customer Experience is always intact
