About Us:

As the Director, Quality Improvement, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and implementing a robust quality program that guarantees our senior participants receive the highest level of care. Supported by a collaborative team, including the Executive Director and Medical Director, your role is vital in driving care excellence and compliance leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with market QI Directors to standardize the QI program across healthcare programs. Partner with Medical Directors and QI team to develop and implement program initiatives. Develop and maintain enterprise metrics in clinical excellence, quality, and patient safety. Monitor compliance issues and contribute to Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program improvements. Oversee the grievance and appeal process, ensuring quality reviews and data evaluation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma green belt or black belt certification preferred.
• Formal Quality Improvement and Analytics Certifications preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a QI/Assurance Director in healthcare.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to mentor and develop teams.
