Join Our Team:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Branch Supervisor to oversee the operations of our
Bloomington/Normal branches. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leading a team,
providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our mission of financial inclusion.

What You Will Do:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service to our members.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the branch meets its financial and service goals.
- Foster a culture of growth, learning, and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Engage with the community to enhance the credit union's presence and membership base.

- Proven leadership experience in a financial services setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to adapt to and lead through change.
- Understanding of financial products and services, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Prior experience in financial institution branch operations is an advantage.
