Learning Content Developer
- Full-Time
The International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) Professional Development team currently has an opening for a Learning Content Developer. This full-time position reports to the Senior Manager, Learning Design. You will collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop high-quality instructor-led and e-learning courseware and supplemental learning aides such as student reference manuals, job aids, scenarios, slide presentations, etc. As a member of the Professional Development team, you will participate in strategic planning events and may also determine additional education opportunities such as webinars.
Skills and Experience:
• 1-3 years’ experience developing educational content and related deliverables and a bachelor’s degree in education, adult learning, English, instructional design, or related field
OR
· 1 year experience developing educational content and related deliverables and a master’s degree in education, adult learning, English, instructional design, or related field
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail are a must
• Skilled in Word and PowerPoint a must
• Experience working with subject matter experts (preferably in a technical field)
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 a plus
