Envita Medical Centers and its subsidiaries are dedicated to revolutionizing personalized, integrative medical care through innovative treatments, cutting-edge science, and compassionate patient support.

Our growing digital presence helps educate, inspire, and connect with patients and communities searching for hope, clarity, and advanced healthcare options. We are looking for a creative, driven individual who is passionate about storytelling, social media, and meaningful content creation.

Role Overview:

As our Social Media Manager & Content Developer, you will help shape Envita’s digital storytelling across our medical centers, emerging health brands, and influencer channels.

This role goes beyond content editing and posting; we are looking for someone who is also comfortable appearing on camera when needed, helping host patient interviews, employee spotlights, educational videos, and social media campaigns with confidence and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is creative, social media-savvy, and understands how to create content that connects with audiences while maintaining professionalism and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Storytelling

· Create engaging short-form videos, reels, stories, and social content highlighting patient experiences, company culture, educational topics and brand initiatives.

· Capture on-site content, including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, events, and team features.

· Comfortably appear on camera for select social media content, interviews, educational videos, and brand storytelling initiatives.

· Assist in hosting patient and employee interviews while creating an engaging and professional viewer experience.

· Help simplify and communicate complex healthcare topics in a relatable, engaging way.

· Maintain a visually consistent brand style across platforms.

Social Media & Community Engagement

· Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

· Monitor trends and suggest fresh content ideas and creative strategies.

· Engage with audiences through comments, messaging, and community interaction while maintaining brand voice consistency.

Collaboration & Compliance

· Partner with internal media and marketing teams on campaigns, content calendars, and creative planning.

· Ensure all content aligns with HIPAA, brand, and communication standards.

· Communicate healthcare information professionally and responsibly.

Qualifications:

· Experience creating social media content, especially short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

· Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and speaking in video content when needed.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage naturally with patients, employees, and audiences.

· Strong video editing and graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

· Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

· Comfortable working in clinical environments and interacting professionally with patients and staff.

· Must be able to work on-site; this is not a remote position.

· Portfolio or social media samples required. On-camera samples are a plus.
