About the Role

Provide enterprise-level medical subject matterexpertiseto safeguard scientific rigor, non-promotional standards, and regulatory alignment across medical content produced within the vendor ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

  • Medical content oversight:Oversee the end-to-end medical content development process for all channels, ensuring alignment withstrategic input from Medical Affairs

  • Partner management: Manage and collaborate with medical content agency partners across creation, adaptation, and derivativeasset production, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and process efficiency

  • Medical review and compliance oversight:Ensure clear review pathways, predictable timelines, and accountability for the approvaland dissemination of medical content

  • Agile delivery and workflow management:Project manage sprint planning and execution; resolve blockers to ensuretimelydelivery of medical content within pod-based teams

  • Data management:Establishexpectations andmaintainoversight for medical content tagging, content management, performancemeasurement / tracking readiness, ensuring medical content is organized and accessible for future use

  • Medical leadership engagement:Participatein Medical Affairs strategy sessions and leadership team discussions to align medicalcontent priorities, plans, and performance with broader organizational objectives

Qualifications and essential experience, attributes, skills, and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degreerequired,Preferred Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or related).

  • 5-8+years' experiencein medicalaffairs, medicalcommunications, orscientific strategy in the pharma or healthcare sector

  • Experience supporting congresses, MSL materials, and scientificexchange

  • Strong scientific rigor and integrity

  • Detail-oriented and compliance-focused mindset

  • Collaborative and enterprise-minded, comfortableinfluencingwithout direct authority

  • Skilled at navigating Medical and Commercial priorities

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of ensuring clarity andunderstanding of complex medical topics

  • Science-backed perspective, incl. ability tovalidatescientific data, conduct medical content review, and advise on compliance

  • Risk identification and mitigation

  • Deep understanding of FDA/EMA medical communication guidelines and compliance frameworks

  • Understanding of procurement processes and vendor management operations

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$151,100.00 - $237,490.00


The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
