Job description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Creator to develop engaging content for our social media platforms. This position is responsible for creating photos, videos, graphics, and written content that promotes the company's brand, increases audience engagement, and supports marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, knowledgeable of social media trends, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage and maintain all company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms as needed
  • Take photos and videos of company events, products, services and promotions
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including photos, videos, graphics, and promotional posts
  • Monitor social media trends and implement new marketing strategies
  • Promote hotel events, specials, amenities, and seasonal activities through social media campaigns
  • Coordinate with department managers to gather content and highlight daily operations and guest experiences
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports to management
  • Collaborate with management and departments to promote events, specials, and announcements
  • Ensure all content reflects the company's brand image and standards
  • Maintain a content calendar and marketing schedule
  • Assist with photography and video creation for promotional use
