Job description

Who We Are

OssKin is a fast-growing Montreal MedTech company on a mission to transform patient care through cutting-edge wearable medical devices. We combine proprietary mass-customization software with 3D printing to manufacture solutions that actually change lives — and we're scaling fast.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on operator to become the backbone of our business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have real ownership across production, systems, customer experience, special projects and people — with the autonomy to actually structure things and build something lasting. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love untangling complexity, and get a genuine kick out of implementing projects from concept to completion, this role is the right fit for you.

What You'll Own

  • Drive cross-functional projects from idea to execution — on time, every time
  • Design and continuously improve the operational systems that power the business
  • Identify bottlenecks, break down silos, and bring a "let's make it happen" energy to every challenge
  • Use data to surface insights that sharpen strategy and fuel smart decision-making
  • Build and maintain clear SOPs so nothing lives only in someone's head
  • Set bold OKRs and rally the team to hit them
  • Oversee, implement, and align projects across production, product development, purchasing, and customer service
  • Recruit, develop, and energize a team that loves coming to work
  • Own budgets and keep financials tight without losing sight of growth

What You Bring

  • A degree in project management, engineering, commerce, accounting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of operations or management experience — ideally in a high-growth company
  • Fluency in modern business tools: CRM, ERP, accounting platforms, project management software, Office 365
  • Solid grasp of lean manufacturing, automations, KPIs, and performance management principles
  • The kind of comfort with ambiguity that lets you make great decisions without a perfect playbook
  • A bias for action — you'd rather roll up your sleeves than write a memo about rolling up your sleeves

Why OssKin

  • Direct impact — your decisions will shape how this company operates and grows
  • A product that matters — you'll be helping bring medical devices to patients who need them
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial team that values initiative over hierarchy
  • Competitive compensation based on your experience, with room to grow as we do
