Job Description

We are seeking a Hospice Director of Nursing to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Assist our Director with day to day operations of the home health
QA OASISes,SN NOTES, 485s,
Coordinate Care between field Staff and Physician Offices
Chart Audits

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Hospice
Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
