Position Summary: The Regional Manager- Traditional Key Accounts is responsible for executing the Traditional Division strategy within a defined customer base. This role drives revenue growth through distributor, jobber, fleet, and agency channels by leading field sales execution and expanding key account penetration
Position Duties: Regional Sales Execution, Field Sales Leadership, Key Account Development, Support, Fleet & End-User Growth, Market Intelligence & Feedback, Program Execution & Promotions, and Operational Discipline
Requirements: Extensive travel, Bachelors Degree or requisite experience, demonstrated success in growing sales at all levels of the aftermarket, management of commissioned sales staff
