Jacuzzi Bath Remodel combines our premium materials, knowledgeable sales team, experienced in-house certified installers and over 60 years of proven excellence to deliver the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
As we continue our growth throughout California, we are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead our Southern California and San Diego markets. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales leadership talent, improving operational execution, and creating a high-performance sales culture. The Regional Sales Manager will also have direct oversight of the Costco Sales Team within the region.
Key Responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager:
  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Teams across the assigned region.
  • Drive achievement of regional sales objectives, including Net Sales, Revenue, Close Rate, Profitability, and Customer Satisfaction goals.
  • Conduct regular market visits, ride-alongs, and field coaching to improve individual and team performance.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement action plans to drive growth and improve results.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top-performing sales professionals.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and sales coverage across all markets within the region.
  • Develop future leaders and maintain a strong leadership pipeline to support organizational growth.
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute regional sales, growth, and retention strategies.
  • Monitor sales activity, cancellation trends, and customer satisfaction metrics to maximize overall performance.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the company sales process, customer experience standards, and best practices.
  • Facilitate ongoing sales training, leadership development, and performance coaching.
  • Maintain high standards for CRM utilization, sales reporting, pipeline management, and operational compliance.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Compensation- $123,000 annual salary and up (Based on experience) + Uncapped Monthly Performance Bonus
Monthly car allowance: $350/mo.
Requirements
Required Qualifications of Regional Sales Manager:
  • Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience in direct-to-consumer, home improvement, or in-home sales environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience managing managers and/or multiple sales teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales, revenue, and performance goals.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, recruiting, and performance management skills with experience building high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement effective improvement strategies.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Southern California and San Diego markets.

Preferred Qualifications of Regional Sales Manager:
  • Experience in the home improvement industry.
  • Experience in one-call close sales environments.
  • Multi-market sales leadership experience.
  • Experience managing Costco or other retail partnership sales channels.
