Wells Fargo's Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital world.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking, and results-driven Senior Lead Product Manager to lead the Virtual Card/Embedded Finance Product. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Card Product Management, this critical role is responsible for delivering accelerated bottom-line impact in the fastest-growing area in commercial payments.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and continually refine the product strategy for Virtual Card/Embedded Finance

  • Drive execution of the Virtual Card/Embedded Finance product roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Wholesale Digital & Innovation team

  • Develop and deliver the product's go-to-market plan in collaboration with Sales and Marketing

  • Establish success measures/KPIs to ensure strategy translates into outcomes


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Product leadership experience in payments, commercial cards, B2B fintech, or enterprise software

  • Deep understanding of the payments needs of large businesses, including purchasing cards, B2B payment flows, and the procure-to-pay process

  • Extensive knowledge of Virtual Card/Embedded Finance industry trends and hands-on experience designing and delivering Virtual Card capabilities

  • Track record of building and executing product strategies that deliver business results

  • Demonstrated ability to lead with influence and partner across functions


Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the San Francisco, CA, Concord, CA, Scottsdale, AZ, or Charlotte, NC office approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range:

  • Charlotte, NC: $139,000 - $217,000

  • Scottsdale, AZ: $139,000 - $217,000

  • Concord, CA: $167,000 - $260,000

  • San Francisco, CA: $167,000 - $260,000

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
