Sales ManagerPosition Overview

The Sales Manager is a high-impact leader responsible for driving financial success by cultivating a high-performing sales team and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker who leads through proactive planning, expert coaching, and the rigorous management of sales systems to deliver consistent, exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities1. Financial Leadership & Strategic Growth
  • Analyze Performance: Regularly review sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Objective Setting: Establish and communicate clear, measurable objectives aligned with company financial goals.

  • Budget Management: Maintain sales wages and associated costs strictly within the budgeted plan.

2. Team Development & Accountability

Qualifications
