Duties & Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruiting for Restaurant Managers

• Assisting Managers in recruiting for hourly team members when needed

• Maintaining and presenting KPIs such as time to hire, cost to hire, applicant conversion, sourcing channel efficiency...

• Collaborating with Operations and Human Resources to maintain talent pipeline

• Proactively recruiting candidates to satisfy business needs using various platforms

• Developing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches, name generation, data mining, industry and community events and utilizing social media

• Collaborating with Marketing to develop content for social media recruiting and placement

• Negotiating and presenting offers

• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Assisting in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Assisting Human Resources in coaching Managers on recruitment practices

• Assisting with special projects on an as-need basis

• Keeping abreast of industry development and best practices

• Handling confidential information with complete discretion

• Updating job descriptions and postings as needed

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of full cycling recruiting

• MS Outlook and Gmail experience (email and calendar)

• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• The ability to speak on the phone for up to 8 hours a day

• The ability to travel approximately 20% of the time for new restaurant openings

Qualifications/Skills:

• Possess a strong level of discretion and integrity to manage confidential information

• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly

• Exceptional communication skills

• Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions

• Detail oriented and excellent follow through

• Ability to balance work independently with minimal supervision and be able to respond effectively to competing priorities

• Restaurant industry experience preferred preferably in fast casual restaurants

• Bilingual preferred
