Position Summary:

The IT Operations Support Analyst is responsible for frontline IT operations Help Desk ticket fulfillment, improving documentation of IT tasks, and assisting with IT projects.  The IT Operations Support Analyst will work directly with employees at all levels of the company and must be personable as well as patient.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a ticketing system to assist users with IT related issues both onsite and remotely
  • VPN connectivity
  • Line of business applications
  • Microsoft 365 suite of products
  • Provide technical support for: Windows PCs, Laptops,Tablets, Printers, Mobile Devices
  • Support users onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning
  • Provision and deploy endpoints (laptops/desktops), including imaging, application install, updates, encryption/AV validation, and handoff.
  • Assist with managing and maintaining accurate asset inventory
  • Basic AD, Outlook, Teams, and network support.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service while resolving technical problems.
  • Maintain and improve documentation for IT procedures
  • Follow security and access control practices (least privilege, secure handling of credentials, device protection basics)
  • Assist with IT-related company projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in IT support or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software and networks
  • Experience with a Windows Server environment
  • Active Directory
  • File Permissions
  • DHCP\DNS
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration
  • Ability to lift/move IT equipment (e.g., PCs/monitors/printers) as needed
  • Comfortable working in office, manufacturing and warehouse areas
  • Strong communication and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
  • Imaging experience preferred
  • RMM/EDR exposure preferred
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing and warehousing technology preferred

The Anticipated Pay Range for This Position:  $50K-$65K annually
