Position Summary:
The IT Operations Support Analyst is responsible for frontline IT operations Help Desk ticket fulfillment, improving documentation of IT tasks, and assisting with IT projects. The IT Operations Support Analyst will work directly with employees at all levels of the company and must be personable as well as patient.
