Job Summary:
Slalom is a modern technology company that focuses on building innovative strategies and solutions for clients. The Power Platform Solution Engineer will lead digital transformation workshops, create data intake forms, build AI-centric solutions, and integrate data from various sources to enhance client impact.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct customer workshops to identify the business processes for digital transformation and the accompanying requirements
• Create data intake forms with Power Apps (Model Driven, Canvas or Power Pages Portal) with attendant workflows and validation
• Build AI-centric solutions with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure Foundry
• Integrate data from other sources with Power Automate and other tools
• Persist data using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL or other databases
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus
• Familiar with custom code extension for Power Platform is a plus (e.g. PCF, Client-side Scripting, .Net Plug-ins, Custom connectors)
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
• Strong business acumen
• Self-driven individual with a bias for action
