Looking for a flexible summer role? We're seeking a reliable, friendly individual to help support our front office while a team member is on leave.
This position is a great fit for teachers, paraeducators, or school staff who are off for the summer and enjoy working with people in a structured, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and visitors at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, organizing paperwork)
- Support the office team with day-to-day operations
Schedule & Details:
- Temporary / Summer position
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm
- Training provided
