As a customer service representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-reassuring homeowners, answering questions, and helping coordinate solutions.

What You'll Be Responsible For
You'll begin by training alongside experienced team members. Once up to speed, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer calls and scheduling service appointments
- Communicating with dispatch, managers, and service professionals to coordinate jobs
- Updating customer information and job details accurately in our systems
- Adapting to customer needs and priority changes throughout the day
- Following the proven Mr. Rooter Plumbing customer service process from greeting to job completion
