Intake Specialist/Customer Service Rep - PM Shift

When our prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Customer Service Reps provide our potential clients the ultimateCustomer Serviceexperience. It requires the right combination ofCustomer Serviceskills, empathy, and ability to accurately gather and record information.

We are a busy and fast-paced Law firm in need of a Customer Service Rep in our Intake Department from 12pm-9pm for our downtown office. If youare looking for that next step in your career this is the position for you.

If you are someone who:

• Has one (1) to three (3) years of customer service experience
• Has at least 1 year sales experience
• Enjoys working directly customers on a daily basis
• Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time
• Demonstrates exceptional communication skills
• Is energetic and a self-starter
• Has great organization skills and superior customer service
• Accurate typing speed of 45 wpm required (typing will be tested)
• Spanish is a plus
