Job Description High-growth technology startup is seeking a Lead Executive Assistant (Administrative Manager) to support a C-level executive in New York City. Job Title: Lead Executive Assistant (Administrative Manager) Location: New York, NY (Onsite) Compensation: $200K - $300K base + equity + benefits Industry: Technology / Startup About the Role: As the Lead Executive Assistant, you will serve as a strategic partner to a C-level executive while building and leading a high-performing executive support function. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, managing priorities, and ensuring strong execution across both executive support and team leadership. Responsibilities: Build and lead the Executive Assistant function, including setting standards, hiring, and coaching team members Own and manage complex calendar strategy, aligning time with highest priorities Lead end-to-end meeting preparation to support executive readiness Manage global travel, logistics, and coordination with strong attention to detail Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner, navigating relationships and competing priorities Qualifications: Proven experience leading administrative or executive support teams in high-growth or startup environments Strategic, proactive, and decisive Low ego with a collaborative mindset Strong judgment and ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
