The Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman serves as a highly trusted partner responsible for managing and coordinating both personal and business-related priorities. This role functions as an extension of the Executive Chairman, providing proactive support that enables effective management of personal affairs, philanthropic initiatives, real estate interests, and select dealership-related business activities.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of executive assistant, personal assistant, family office, or similar high-level support experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as apple products and overall technology.
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information.
