Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Process Analyst to join the Global Trade Operations (GTO) Team. This role will focus on process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration within a fast-paced, regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP expertise, analytical capabilities, and experience in process mapping and visualization tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and support business processes within SAP systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform data analysis and develop insights using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Create and maintain process maps and workflows using tools like Miro.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support global trade operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Experience in process mapping and workflow visualization (e.g., Miro or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
