Your Role
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will provide various technical and administrative support
functions to the Technology Engineering & Infrastructure Executive Leadership Team and the broader Technology department. The candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn, possess the skills and desire to ensure accuracy, and be a self-paced problem solver who is always looking for innovative ways to conduct business and serve our clients.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Heavy calendar management and consistent collaboration with other Assistants across the firm
- Lead meeting coordination and logistics planning in partnership with other colleagues on time sensitive meetings and tasks
- Maintain structure and schedule of prep/debrief meetings for key senior leadership meetings and committees.
- Comprehensive travel management. Maintain travel log, schedule and analysis.
- Manage expense report and invoice review and approval
- Coordinate internal and external client meetings including meals and in-office logistics coordination
- Support communications and broader engagement activities within the Technology Engineering & Infrastructure Team
The Experience You Bring:
- 5+ years administrative/professional office experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Sophisticated digital literacy in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) must be proficient in document management & creation with demonstrated ability to combine documents from all MS Office products & Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines
- High level of communication skill (oral and written) and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new software packages as needed with the expectation to be proficient in a short amount of time

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 - $115,000/year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
