Summary:

The Functional Coordinator/Business Analyst provides Simply the Best customer service at all times. Responsibilities include providing advancedclerical/administrativesupport to a functional area by coordinating a variety of complex tasks. We're looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with us!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepares, maintains and sends various reports including Property Tax, delinquency and other ad hoc reports using a variety of reporting tools including Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects and Excel.

  • Assists Collections Managers with service provider invoice intake, tracking and payment processing

  • Acts as a liaison between service providers, Collections and the Financial Recovery group to resolve billing questions or issues.

  • In conjunction with functional Managers and Leads, the position is responsible for the maintenance and updating of all Portfolio Management related policies, procedures and desktop aids.

  • Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and updated periodically; create new policies and procedures as deemed necessary.

  • Create, update and maintain training materials as required and conduct regular team training sessions.

  • Prepares and sends various required notices to customers

  • Assists in preparation for and response to internal and external audit requests

  • Provides advanced clerical/administrative support to a functional area. Coordinates a variety of complex tasks under minimal supervision.

  • Utilizes specialized skills to coordinate, execute, review, oversee, or administer programs, projects or processes related to the function served.

  • Executes various regulatory compliance related activities

  • Maintains detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures and area's internal and external clients.

  • Must possess an ability to prioritize their daily workload with minimal supervision in accordance with established department and investor deadlines

  • Must adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal, regulatory and investor defined reporting, remitting and reconciling requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3+ years in a high-volume administrative role working on and resolving complex tasks.

  • Microsoft Office experience including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor

  • Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up

  • Ability to multi-task

  • PC and internet proficiency

Compensation Range:

$21.00 - $31.00 Hourly

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
