Job Summary
Be part of an exciting new division with a great opportunity for growth. A Managed Account Center (MAC) Customer Service Representative (CSR) is an inside sales position responsible for managing large and complex accounts. The CSR interacts with the customer via phone and email to understand and fulfill their needs, starting from bid inception through project completion, and manage all aspects of the account. As a member of the MAC you will enjoy a great team atmosphere and develop the ability to be a sales leader in the industry.
