Job description

Title: IT Executive Support Analyst
Work Location: HQ_New York 575 5th Ave, NY (Onsite)
Work Location Address: 575 5th Ave FL 27, New York, NY 10017-2452
Start Date: 1/29/2024
Duration: 6 months
Rate: DOE
Position is required OnSite 5 days a week.
Possible OT required for this job (Afterhours and Weekends).
Position may be renewed, temp to perm possible.
Mandatory Skills:
Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate.
Dedicated C-Suite support for the TM's in our New York office.
Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Perform user administration duties.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Three years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.
Experience with networking systems and protocols.
Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.
