This hospitality manager position earns a competitive salary of $60,000 to $65,000/year, plus generous bonus package, all dependent on prior management experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF GENERAL MANAGER

As a General Manager, you are vital for the successful operations of our restaurant. Your excellent leadership qualities teach and uphold our core values and ensure that the staff prepares amazing food and provides exceptional service. With strong communication skills, you promote a happy environment for the staff and provide a welcoming environment for our guests. Phenomenal organization and time management skills assist with carrying out training programs, controlling inventory, purchasing supplies and equipment, and preparing paperwork in a timely manner. You also efficiently handle cash and receipts while performing other financial activities, such as deposit preparation and payroll. You feel accomplished from managing all front-of-house operations and gain great satisfaction from ensuring exceptional service that our customers enjoy.

GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, but not essential
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
• Basic computer knowledge about Aloha or similar POS systems
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

Our ideal hospitality manager can handle the physical implications of the job, such as standing and walking for long periods, bending and twisting repeatedly, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. GENERAL MANAGER WORK SCHEDULE

Your schedule as a hospitality manager varies, but typically is a 5 day/45-50 hours per week. We are open Monday through Sunday, normally 11 a.m. to 9 or 10 p.m. Your flexibility supplies excellent customer service and management during the week and on nights and weekends.
