Job Summary:
We seek a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our team with administrative tasks, organization, and finance management. The ideal candidate should possess extensive admin and organization experience and proficiency in finance-related tasks. While prior travel industry experience and familiarity with Sabre are advantageous, they are not mandatory, as training will be provided. The VA's primary responsibilities will include handling administrative duties, managing organizational tasks, and assisting with finance-related activities.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling
appointments, and organizing documents.
• Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team, ensuring
professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized system for managing tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
• Assist in managing financial records, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget
monitoring.
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate closely with Mariel and Luiz to ensure smooth handover of tasks and ongoing
communication about pending tasks and priorities.
Requirements
Must Haves:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
• Proficiency in Zoho for administrative tasks and project management.
• Be available to work from 6 PM EST daily, after Mariel's working hours.
• Willingness to work overtime if required to meet tight deadlines and complete pending
tasks.
Nice to haves:
• Prior experience with Sabre is essential for the Travel VA role.
