Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • - Responsible for all computers, laptops, printers, and tablets connected to the server; keep each operating normally
  • - Replace and set up any of the aforementioned devices
  • - Collect Production data used in historical studies and Continuous Improvement projects
  • - Enter data in clear, concise reports on a daily basis
  • - Use only safe work practices, wear all required PPE on the job
  • - Report unsafe working conditions to direct supervisor/manager
  • - Demonstrate awareness to ISO 9001/14001, IATF 16949
  • - Observe and obey company policies, including but not limited to: General Rules, Safety Rules, Code of Conduct / Anti-Bribery / Ethics Escalation
  • - Observe proprietary rights of the company and its customer and suppliers at all times

Qualifications:

  1. - Proficient knowledge of Windows 7, 8, and 10
  2. - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 13, 16, and 365
  3. - Knowledge and use of Powershell
  4. - Degree from accredited college or university in Information Technology or equivalent
  5. - Minimum 1 year experience manufacturing within automotive industry
  6. - Strong oral and written communication skill
  7. - Bilingual preferred
