TITLE:  IT Support Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a skilled IT Support Technician to Provide IT support to users at our clients Princeton, NJ office.   You will be required to be onsite from Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:.  
  • Support of Windows and macOS operating systems, support of laptop hardware, support of Microsoft Office applications, support of Zoom rooms and meetings, support of collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint and support of printing.
  • Provide IT new hire on-boarding support, including the handout of new laptops and assistance with initial logon and set up.
  • Provide warm hands support of the office infrastructure as directed by resources from the South San Francisco office.
  • Work any tickets assigned in the Kardigan IT ticket system, ensuring clear updates are provided and seeking confirmation from the user that any incident or request is resolved.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focused
