The Role:
As a Level 1 IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting workstations and A/V equipment.
  • Managing inventory and asset shipping/receiving.
  • Supporting new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.
  • Performing software updates, app installations, and profile configurations.
  • Handling remote asset management and conference room setups.

Preferred Skills and Tools:
Experience with the following is highly valued:

  • Apple products and programs
  • ARD, Zendesk, Oomitza, Slack, WebEx, Excel, AST 2, Microsoft Remote Desktop
