What You'll Do
  • Respond to phone calls and emails to create or review service tickets.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to software, security, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on computer upgrades and infrastructure maintenance.

  • General knowledge of desktop computing, operating systems, and network connectivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask insightful troubleshooting questions.
