We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our HOA Culinary team in Winauma, FLORIDA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing a restaurant.
Job Duties:
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
  • Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • ServSafe Certified
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
