Looking for 3-5 years desk top support experience.
Nice to have CompTIA A+, skills desk stop support, remote desktop team work. Great customer service skills, listen vs. talks, good note taker, follows process, asked good solid questions.
Schedule is Monday - Friday, little chance of OT. No call. Hours are somewhat flexible. 8-5 is a good start.
Train/metro reimbursement, parking when they need to go to Milwaukee. 75% they will work out of Brookfield.
