McGuire Therapeutic Wellness Spa is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and help grow one of Maryland's premier wellness destinations. This is more than a management position—it's an opportunity to shape a culture centered on healing, excellence, and whole-person wellness.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing spa team while promoting excellent customer service and teamwork.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through follow-up.
  • Manage daily spa operations, scheduling, and workflow.
  • Increase memberships, package sales, and retail revenue.
  • Oversee client outreach and retention initiatives.
  • Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.
  • Ensure the spa remains clean, organized, attractive, and compliant with applicable quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory and maintain a beautiful, organized spa environment.
  • Identify opportunities to increase spa revenue, bookings, and customer retention.
  • Track daily performance metrics and contribute to business growth
  • Oversee inventory levels, product ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Comfortable supporting marketing, promotions, and business-development activities
  • Assist with wellness events, retreats, and community outreach
  • Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to the Executive Director
