The role will focus on streamlining workflows, implementing technology solutions, improving efficiency, increasing sales and revenue, and supporting business retention initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong insurance industry experience, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance the customer experience, strengthen client relationships, retain business, and drive growth.

Responsibilities
