This program is designed for students who are eager to learn, passionate about technology, and excited to make an impact while gaining real-world experience at a Fortune 500 company. Qualifications:

  • Housing and relocation are not provided.

  • Current college student (rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors) pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field or military experience

  • Strong academic performance (3.0 GPA minimum)

  • Quick learner, with ability to adapt to changing environments

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently in a high-pressure environment

  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

  • Strong problem-solving abilities; keen attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines

  • Ability to understand how individual and team deliverables fit in to strategic roadmap, assess and communicate changes

  • Ability to work in our Richmond, VA HQ

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The salary range for the position is $24-$28.50/hr.
