What You'll be Doing

Have a passion to solveย workย puzzlesย in real time? Are you looking for an opportunity to experience something new each day?ย In this role,ย you'llย bring your creativity and individuality toย ensure staffing needs are coordinated and proper adjustments are made in daily programs to meet clients' needs.ย You'llย analyze and compare staffingย dailyย headcountย to total headcount,ย how many people are necessary for eachย hour, andย make recommendations on how to staffย the totalย program.ย 

You'll report to the Operations Manager.ย You'll impact the business, the teams you support, and the various departments that you partner with on a consistent basis through your analysis and recommendations.

During a Typical Day, You'll

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Pinpoint areasย forย improvement throughย monitoring call volumes and analyzing staffing needs to adjust the program for success

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Use your knowledge and understanding of client needs to analyze and prepare staffing reports with new informationย ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Forecastย staffingย andย recommendย headcounts on a day-to-day, short-term basis

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bring your time management and organizational skills to manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks

What You Bring to the Role

ย ย ย ย ย ย  6 months or more data analysis experienceย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Basic knowledge of RTM roles

ย ย ย ย ย ย  High school diploma or equivalentย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Solution-oriented mindsetย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Computerย experience and experience using WFM tools like Genesys, Alvaria or similar
